Note:
Owner or Breeder administered vaccinations are NOT accepted!!
Vaccination envelopes or documents with vaccinations checked off and dated are NOT accepted. These are given to owners to help them keep up with vaccinations that have been done, but are not offical records.
We must have receipts or paperwork from your veterinarian on their letterhead or with their signature.
Dogs:
Rabies - within the last 1 - 3 years. Your vaccination record might state the number of years, otherwise it is assumed to be a 1 year vaccination.
DHLPP (Distemper/Parvo Combo) - within the last 1 - 3 years. Your vaccination record might state the number of years, otherwise it is assumed to be a 1 year vaccination.
Bordatella - within the last 6 months or within one year as recommended by your veterinarian. Your vaccination records usually state the expiration or reminder date. If not, 6 months is assumed.
Cats:
Rabies - within the last 1 - 3 years. Your vaccination record might state the number of years, otherwise it is assumed to be a 1 year vaccination.
FVRCP (Feline Distemper) - within the last year.
