Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

Check-Ins and Check-Outs occur during the following hours:

Monday – Friday
8:00 - 10:00 AM* and 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Saturday
8:00 - 10:00 AM
Sunday
4:00 - 6:00 PM

Let us know if you will arrive in the AM or PM.
If no one is scheduled to arrive (AM or PM), the gate may be closed.
* Day Campers may come as early as 7:30AM.

Please call when you arrive and remain in your car or in the parking area.
If you do not get an answer, toot your horn a couple of times, or call again.

Pets and belongings will be exchanged in the parking lot.
We keep your leashes, collars, harnesses and carriers to return your pet to you.

Dogs should be on leashes.
Cats should be in carriers.

Wearing a mask is appreciated

Check-In Sheet

Email to us in advnace, or bring with you. If you do not have it, we will provide you with one. Please include:

   • The doses, frequency, and any special instructions for all medications

• The quantity of Dog Park Play Times or Pasture Walks

  Grooming requests morning check outs,
will be done on the preceeding day.

Grooming requests for afternoon check outs,
will be done on the check-out day.

Scan and email this to tlc@k9motel.com or bring it with you when you check in.


Vaccinations

If we need an update on your pet’s vaccination records,
please scan and email them to tlc@k9motel.com in advance.
Any pet without current vaccines from a veterinarian cannot be accepted.
